Our individual coaching program is designed for high-performing professionals to improve how they build trust with individuals around them, in order to become more effective in their role, while increasing personal satisfaction and reducing anxiety.
Leaders need a sounding board and a safe place to discuss issues and challenges. The coaching session is designed to help them step back, re-think and re-focus their efforts to meet constantly changing situations.
Our coaching helps leaders:
- Evaluate their recent trust building efforts.
- Co-create a development plan to achieve trust focused business goals faster and greater collaboration with their colleagues.
- Develop strategies and communication frameworks to increase their personal leadership skills.
Coaching can be undertaken face to face and online over a period of time. It includes mid-point and final status updates with the main sponsor, to review progress.
We also undertake 1:1 sessions with attendees. Learning and talking about trust can be difficult for those in the training group who feel that they can’t trust a particular colleague who may be in the training session. In order to fully support each individual, we provide individual appointments, so that participants can ask questions and provide information on sticky situations that they don’t want to talk about with others.
